Choose one or more species of birds that pass through (or stay in) your area during their migration and do the following:

• Learn their full migration pattern and plot it on a map.
• Determine the type of migration: Loops, dog-legs, pelagic wandering, leap-frogging, vertical migration, or vagrant migration.
• Answer this: If you were to make the same journey what modes of transportation would you have to use?
• Answer this: How many days do you think it would take you?
• Answer this: Are there any areas you would like to stop and visit along the way?
